[ROMANCE INTENSIFIES]
[Saber doesn't waste any time the next day. He's planned ahead for an occasion such as this, though it seemed like a distant dream for both of them when they first met. It's still too early to be convinced they've won--a single victory, after all, was merely one out of many battles--but it was important enough to be celebrated. Both of them deserved the treat, Flora especially.
It's been so long since he's prepared something for someone. But his hands still remember the right way to dice the vegetables, how to carefully simmer the soup. He lets her peek in if she wants at the beginning, but as things begin to pull together he starts shooing her off with good humor. It's not much of a surprise. Then again, Saber's never been good at holding out.
After ensuring that everything was carefully arranged, he grins to himself, pleased at the result. The only thing incomplete from this set-up was a certain woman's smile.
When Saber goes to fetch his Master, it's with an excitement he can't really contain. It bleeds through with the spring in his step, the way his voice lilts. He holds her by the tips of her fingers, leading her towards the kitchen.]
